EDIT CUSTOM ROBOTS HEADER TAGS

Sign into your blogger account
From Blogger Dashboard select ‘Settings’ link tab
Click on second ‘Edit’ link of Custom Robots Header Tags under Heading Crawlers and indexing
Now a drop box type window appears in that tick on the options as shown in the image below

After successful tick options (Check before once whether you’ve done correct as shown)
Click on ‘Save Change’ link tab button
That’s it Done
